SalesHawkTechnology

SalesHawk is designed to reflect your dynamic business environment. It provides a stable system in which to make incremental changes that are responsive to your needs, not disruptive to your processes.

SalesHawk unlocks the value of data stored in disparate systems — legacy and current ERP, CRM, and other corporate systems — and turns it into indispensable information. Furthermore data can be viewed in context, against industry specific third-party data. Sales people can ask novel questions about data, without the involvement of IT, and get a complete view of the enterprise at any time.

SalesHawk® is based on Xference®, XFI's patented decision technology that uses expert systems and fuzzy logic. Xference synthesizes data, information, business rules, knowledge bases, analysis and understanding to support all applications associated with SalesHawk. The use of separate data and knowledge bases provides great flexibility in designing, organizing and managing user applications. Xference enables SalesHawk to be changed and adapted to new business needs with speed and efficiency.

SalesHawk technology layers

Xference® Layer

The Xference engine is highly optimized to handle a wide variety of direct and inferential queries quickly and efficiently. The fundamental operations of the engine include organized selection, intelligent recommendation, qualified comparison, and rational justification.

Application Layer

SalesHawk's application layer utilizes XFI's proprietary application meta-language and task specific intelligent agents know as "Advisors". Advisors employ Xference to evaluate information about each user action, opportunity, client, product, etc. Advisors embody specialized knowledge relevant to each phase of the sales cycle and assist in building client deliverables. They communicate knowledge and data with other Advisors, yielding a simple, yet sophisticated, sales and marketing environment.

Custom Layer

SalesHawk allows for customization on both the front end and back end interfaces. Front end customization defines your organizations' user experience, workflow, and specific versions. On the back end, SalesHawk includes the necessary interfaces to address the storage of customer information and for communicating with your corporate and third-party databases.
