Sales Executive

XFI has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive at its headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. The position requires a highly self-motivated individual with tenacity and resilience, who can work both independently and as part of a team to reach aggressive sales goals. The successful candidate will have excellent people, communication, and relationship skills with an ability to articulate the vision and positioning of the Company's products to senior executives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing sales from lead qualification, through account strategy and planning, to close.

Responsibilities

  • Research target companies and prospects.
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers, uncover business pain, and reveal existing complementary or competitive software applications.
  • Collaborate in developing sales tactics employed for each target.
  • Address and converge the diverse business needs of customer stakeholders.
  • Develop, close, and build a customer base.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an enterprise solution/consultative selling environment with software products that change and improve existing business processes.
  • Communication skills and personal presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within large and complex organizations.
  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing, or relevant technical field highly desirable.
