Project/Program Manager

XFI has an immediate opportunity for a Project/Program Manager at its headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. The position requires a highly self-motivated individual with breadth and depth of technical knowledge in enterprise software technologies.

As the Project/Program Manager, you'll collaborate with the technical and business team to document business requirements. You will assist in setting timelines, assigning project resources and determining and managing the scope of projects to insure successful customer implementations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, refine and document customer business requirements and business processes.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Establish procedures to monitor and manage tasks, processes, schedules, deliverables, and activities to ensure that customer and company milestones are met.
• Track, document, and resolve all issues identified during the implementation process.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. Masters degree is desirable.
• Proven organizational, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
• Ability to communicate precisely and clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
